Cody Ricks focuses his practice on Social Security Disability Law, encompassing Social Security Disability

Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits. In 2017, he was granted special authority to practice law

before the Social Security Administration as an Advocate. 


With a 13-year track record in Social Security Disability Law, Cody’s legal journey began in 2011 when he

embarked on a career in private Social Security Disability Law firms in Utah. Subsequently, he ventured into

business ownership, establishing his own private practice spanning Utah, Idaho, and Arizona from 2016 to 2023. In September 2023, Cody joined Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S. as an Advocate where he continues to champion the rights of individuals navigating the complexities of Social Security Disability.


In addition to the commitment of his practice, Cody is currently pursuing credentialing to practice law before the

Veteran’s Administration Board, with a vision to assist veterans facing service-connected disabilities.


Beyond the legal arena, Cody finds joy in spending quality time with his three cat companions, family, and

friends. His interests span diverse activities, including weight training, boating, skiing, and traveling.
